FOR SERIAL QUITTERS READY TO REACH THEIR FINAL STOP
Patches didn't work. Gum didn't work. Willpower ran out by lunchtime. You're reading this because something in you hasn't given up.
That instinct brought you to the right place.
The QWK Trigger Map Method™ rewires the craving loop at its root so you quit smoking in one powerful session.
✓ Quit in one session
✓ Backed by neuroscience
✓ Created by a former serial quitter
The truth about why you haven't been able to quit... and what changes today.
You wake up determined. By lunch, you've caved. By evening, the guilt sits heavy in your chest. That cycle has nothing to do with how strong you are. You've proved your strength by trying again and again.
Every method you've tried has been laser focused on attacking the cigarette. The symptom. But your triggers have been untouched, running loops within your unconscious mind on autopilot. And each time you cave to cravings, the belief that "maybe I just can't quit" cuts a deeper groove.
Your health deteriorates. Your finances crumble. That nagging sense of failure follows you everywhere.
That pattern ends here. Today. With you.
The Cravings Trap
Every time life throws something at you, your hand reaches for a cigarette.
It feels like comfort. But it’s just another loop.

Stress & Anxiety
Pressure builds. You step outside.
You tell yourself it helps.
The stress stays. The guilt doubles.

Drinks & Social Gatherings
“One drink” lowers your guard.
One cigarette becomes three.
Monday becomes another reset.

Feelings & Boredom
The emptiness creeps in.
A cigarette fills five minutes.
Shame sits beside you afterward.

Morning Ritual
Coffee and a cigarette. Automatic.
Before you’ve even chosen who you want to be that day.
There is a better way to deal with every one of these moments.
Smoking was never the answer. It was the thing pretending to be the answer while making everything worse.
The QWK Trigger Map Method™ rewires every one of these triggers. At the root.
The people who love you and value your presence in their lives, they aren't disappointed in you. They're disappointed for you. They see someone they adore, trapped in a habit that's slowly stealing them away. They just don't know how to say it.
Now imagine the moment that shifts. You're not sneaking out at the restaurant anymore. You're not irritable and distracted. You're right there in the middle of it all. Calm. Enjoying the meal. And they notice. They always notice.
WHAT YOU SEE NOW
Their faces when you step outside for another cigarette. You read it as disapproval. It stings. And it makes you want to smoke even more, because now you're carrying their feelings on top of your own. You're the cranky one. The one clock-watching for the next smoke. The one who's always slipping away. "I'll just be five minutes." They've heard it a hundred times.
WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU
Those same faces light up with pride. Your partner when they realise you haven't smoked in a week. Your child telling their friend, "My mum quit smoking." The quiet moment your parent squeezes your hand and says, "I'm so proud of you." People want to be around you more because you're relaxed. Engaged. Actually there. They can feel the difference.
Picture this: Six months from now. You're at a family dinner. Someone mentions smoking. You feel nothing. No pull. No pang. Just stillness. Your daughter looks at you and smiles. She knows. And you know she knows. That moment is waiting for you.

Former Serial Quitter
I tried almost everything. Willpower. Patches. Gums. Cold turkey. Vapes? I didn't go there. I'd quit for a week, then cave. Quit for a month, then relapse. Each time, the failure felt heavier.
I recall waking up to the sound of my own breath. The crackling in my airways. Remembering that sound sends chills through me now. That was the urgent warning sign that I finally listened to and decided, this has to stop. NOW.
I said I had tried almost everything. Then came self-hypnosis. Immediately the cravings vanished and my identity changed. I was no longer a failure constantly demoralised by countless attempts running on repeat, trying so hard, and failing every time.
I became someone who simply didn't smoke.
But 6 years later I relapsed, and that taught me more than my initial success ever could. I had missed something. Smoking wasn't just a thing I did. It was a predetermined result, a short-circuit response that I had learnt to do, practiced thousands of times, perfected and programmed in so deep that IT RAN ME on autopilot. An "if this, then SMOKE" program. There was obviously something running deep beneath the surface.
The cigarette was never the problem. The unmapped and unresolved triggers were. Eureka!
As you'll see in the testimonials below, I'm a hypnotist who helps resolve all kinds of unwanted issues, and I choose to step in, step up and walk the journey with serial quitters, and go where many others simply won't help.
"That's why I created the QWK Trigger Map Method™. Because no one should stay trapped when there's a map to their freedom."
I know how this feels. And I know what it takes to make this your FINAL STOP.
A personalised, identity-level transformation that makes quitting feel
inevitable.

A Life-Changing Victory with Kesh Chada. If I could give Kesh Chada more than 5 stars, I would. I smoked for over 40 years, and for the last two decades, I was at more than a pack a day. Today, I am celebrating nearly two years of being smoke-free, and I owe this victory to him. What makes Kesh so special is his approach. I was nervous about a Zoom session, but it didn't feel like a clinical appointment at all—it felt like a warm, friendly, and deeply supportive conversation. Kesh is incredibly kind and respectful; he provides a level of emotional support that I didn't expect. He truly listens and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend who genuinely cares about your success. I feel like another woman now. This wasn't just about quitting smoking; it was a total life change. If you want someone who is compassionate and truly helpful to guide you through this journey, Kesh is the person to see. Beautiful soul inside and out. Thank you, Kesh, for helping me reclaim my life!"
Like most, I was at first skeptical with hypnotherapy treatment for my anxiety and fear of loss I've had for many years until I met Kesh. Right from the first session I had with Kesh I was able to feel the immediate effects that were deep within my subconscious mind. Kesh was able to help unreel these fears and effectively helped me come to terms with fixing them. I was incredibly shocked and amazed at the interactive techniques he used and certainly none that I've experienced before with all the other help I was getting that wasn’t working - it was to say the least impressive! I cannot thank Kesh enough for the help he has provided me. I am a much better and happier person after my session with him. I would certainly recommend anyone who wishes to use an alternative therapy such as hypnotherapy - you will be amazed at the results! Thank you so much Kesh my friend for life x x x That was three years ago and thanks to Kesh I am living my best life and I am the happiest I’ve ever been.
As a therapist myself, I reached out to Kesh yesterday for hypnotherapy to help with emotional stress and feeling overwhelmed. The session was absolutely amazing. Kesh provided a new perspective on my feelings and thoughts through insightful analogies and personal experiences. His calm and friendly voice during the hypnotherapy helped me go even deeper into the session. I felt the heaviness leave my chest, and I could breathe again. Today, I still feel that peace, and I feel completely free with my heart full of love for myself! It's hard to describe because it was truly an experience. Thank you, Kesh. I will be forever grateful! I highly recommend Kesh!
I have had the privilege of working with Kesh & I cant sing his praises enough. I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, care & compassion. What sets Kesh apart is his genuine desire to want the best for you. I felt so supported both in and outside of the sessions. He has a real talent for guiding you through the process with the upmost care & professionalism. He was able to tap into my subconscious & address my underlying issue with precision. I have worked with Kesh both one on one and within a group setting and both times I noticed significant positives changes in my life. Thank you for your remarkable work and for the positive impact you have had on me I am so grateful! Katie x
Kesh helped my with one session bring some joy to my inner child and some child hood trauma. I really appreciated his gentle nature and how looked after I felt in my session and follow up care. I am going to avail of Kesh's services again to tackle my sugar addiction. Thank you for the beautiful, transformational work you share with the world.
Having a high work ethic can mean a high internal pressure and drive to deliver, resulting in the inability to say no and an ever decreasing position on the emotional guidance scale. Thank you so much Kesh, to be able to spot where I was struggling and to synchronise the intervention so smoothly to the extent that it has made a world of difference to me. When the session started, I was quite resistive at first due to the unknowns and being very analytical, but I had complete trust in Kesh and the outcome has been remarkable. It brought about a great clarity in what had been a murky fog of unnecessary internal pressure and anxiety, enabling a very clear discrimination between that which is important and real to me from that which I had no control over. This has resulted in me having my first great, peaceful sleep in quite a while and a better focus on the real and tangible tasks at hand. I no longer sweat the small stuff and have a great work-life balance of my own choosing, so to anyone seeking relief from pain, of any kind, and a greater quality and enjoyment of life, I thoroughly recommend Kesh. He instantly puts you at ease, and in a relaxed state of awareness, he enables you to clearly see and address the issues you’re experiencing so that you can identify, focus, concentrate and be better motivated to deal with what is important to you. He will help you to perform to your true potential and enjoy the life you want.
If you're reading this far, something on this page has landed. These are the
questions that sit underneath the surface. They deserve honest answers.
For most people, quitting does not fail because they lack desire. The desire is usually strong and is often the reason they keep trying.
Most quit smoking strategies focus on the behaviour itself, relying on more effort, more willpower, and more distraction. That gets exhausting. In many cases, cigarettes are simply replaced with another form of nicotine, which prolongs the process rather than resolving it. Fatigue builds, and motivation drains away.
Each attempt also carries the memory of the last. Before you even stop, part of you is already bracing for how it might end this time. That anticipation alone increases anxiety, cravings, tension, and doubt. Repeated failed attempts reinforce the outcome you have come to expect, which quietly erodes confidence that the next attempt will be different.
What is rarely addressed is the thing driving the smoking in the first place. When that remains unchanged, each new attempt asks more of you while delivering less in return.
When people say they have tried everything, they usually mean they have tried every version of the same approach, all focused on resisting the habit rather than understanding what fuels it.
Most conventional methods are structured this way. Willpower. Cold turkey. Nicotine replacement products. They all rely on sustained resistance. Over time, that wears you down, especially when the reasons beneath the smoking remain untouched.
From the inside, it starts to feel pointless. The desire to change hasn't gone. But the confidence that change is possible has taken too many hits.
What matters is not how many methods you have tried, but whether any of them addressed the cause of the habit rather than just the behaviour. Often, it also comes down to readiness to work at that level.
When that distinction is understood, "I've tried everything" often turns out not to be the end of the road.
Cravings are often misunderstood. Many people see them as a sign that quitting has failed, when in reality they are a signal that something familiar has surfaced.
For most smokers, cravings are not random. They are linked to learned associations. Stress, relief, rewards, and habitual moments and routines all become paired with smoking over time. When quitting focuses only on stopping the smoking, those associations stay intact. So when one of them fires later, the craving can feel sudden and alarming.
The problem is not the presence of a craving, it's the meaning given to it. When a craving is interpreted as danger or weakness, it escalates quickly. When it is understood as a conditioned response, it can be met differently.
When the underlying drivers are resolved, cravings change character. They lose urgency. They pass quickly. And they stop carrying the message that something has gone wrong.
Cravings returning does not mean you are back at the beginning. It means your system is responding to something it has learned before. When you know how to work with that, cravings stop being a threat.
For many people, the shame does not come from smoking itself. It comes from what repeated failed attempts start to mean.
After a while, each quit attempt stops being just an effort. It begins to feel like a test of character. When it does not last, the conclusion is often, "I should be able to do this. Other people can. Why can't I?" That conclusion is understandable, but it is not accurate.
Shame is rarely formed in isolation. It often comes from imagining how you are seen by the people you care about. Over time, that imagined disappointment can feel very real, even when it doesn't reflect reality.
In most cases, the people who matter to you are not disappointed in you. They are disappointed for you. They want this to be easier for you. They want you free from it.
The problem with shame is that it collapses everything into identity. Instead of asking what has not been understood yet, the question becomes what is wrong with me. From that position, every attempt feels heavier before it even begins.
When behaviour is separated from identity, shame loosens its grip. And when that happens, decision becomes possible again. Not driven by pressure or self criticism, but by clarity and self respect.
That is where real change begins.
What is different here is the starting point.
Instead of asking how to stop smoking, the work begins by understanding why smoking made sense in the first place. Once that is clear, the behaviour no longer needs to be fought or replaced.
This shift changes the experience of quitting. It stops being about endurance and starts being about resolution. When the cause is addressed, the habit dissolves on its own.
That difference is subtle, but it is fundamental.
Willpower is often treated as the deciding factor in quitting. In reality, it has a limit. That limit differs from person to person, but it always exists. Willpower means effort, resistance, self-denial, and self control sustained over a long stretch.
Some people do manage never to smoke again, but even when willpower appears to work, life can begin to feel like a constant battle. Smoking may stop, but the relationship with cigarettes remains unresolved. Over time, that takes its toll. When the resolve finally cracks, it's usually exhaustion talking, not a genuine desire to smoke.
What matters more than willpower is what you actually want. Not in an abstract sense, but in real life terms. Things like waking up and breathing with ease, without the wheezy tightness in the chest. Feeling present with your children or partner, without tension or thoughts drifting to the next cigarette.
Trusting yourself again. Knowing you can succeed at hard things, and no longer negotiating with cigarettes that have already taken enough from you.
This work is designed to change the relationship with cigarettes so that what you want naturally outweighs the effort of not smoking. As WANTPOWER becomes clearer, the need for willpower reduces. Change is no longer held in place by gritted teeth, but by alignment with what genuinely matters to you.
The call is a collaborative conversation. It's a space for us to explore your smoking habit openly and honestly, including what you've tried before, what has kept it in place, what you gain from smoking, and how you see yourself after you quit.
We'll talk about your reasons for wanting to quit, what matters to you most, and what the positive changes of becoming smoke-free would mean in your life. I'll also explain how I work and how I support people through this process.
The call is simply to see whether this approach is a good fit for you.
This is a process of willing participation. It's something we work on together. You don't need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be open to engaging in the process. If you're looking for something that works while you remain passive, this won't be the right fit, and I'll be honest about that.
If we both feel it makes sense to move forward, we can arrange the next step. If not, you'll still leave with greater clarity about what's needed and whether now is the right time.
That uncertainty is more common than people openly admit. As you will have gathered through this FAQ section, smoking often serves a deeper purpose. Even when the costs are high and the logical arguments are weak, some part of you still chooses it.
Wanting to quit and fearing the loss of something you have come to identify with can exist at the same time. This is an important decision, and it deserves time.
Arriving at your decision with clarity and understanding lays the foundation for lasting change.
Feeling uncertain can be a sign that you are not quite there yet. In those moments, it can be more useful to pause rather than push yourself into action. Forcing a decision tends to create resistance, not resolution. What matters more is honesty with yourself and a commitment that feels considered. Either way, you should be able to say it with ease.
I've created a free hypnotic recording for clarity on your own reasons for quitting, and then decide what comes next in your life. Listen to it when you're ready.
